If you require an urgent delivery either the same day or within 2 –3 hours, please phone us on (08) 8941 1676 or email us sales@faxpac.com.au & we will arrange delivery to suit your needs.

Delivery is FREE, unless an urgent direct courier is used, as in the case of an immediate delivery. Our minimum order for FREE delivery is $30 including GST & we do not charge an insurance fee on your invoice. In the case of an immediate delivery, we only charge our client what we have been charged by the courier.

Occasionally delays do occur. These can be either courier delays or out of stock situations with suppliers. We will endeavour to keep you informed when these delays occur.

If orders are delivered listing backorders for products that are urgent, please call us immediately. Some IT consumable backorders will follow within 24 to 48 hours, but general stationery can take longer. Often a substitute product will be available if the goods are required urgently.
